All our food is prepared fresh each day by head Chef Sean Callista in our opinion one of the most amazing chefs. Born in Grenada, Sean developed his skills with Marco Pierre White and Gordon Ramsay, while he’s also been head chef down under at famed Brisbane Seafood restaurant Jellyfish.
